Santiago is a traditionally built, wooden, carvel planked, hard chined, semi-displacement, flying-bridge trawler.
A well-designed and constructed wooden motor vessel that is structurally sound. Santiago has had one owner since its launch in 1973, and moored in a covered-berth at the Port of Edmonds Marina since its launch. The current owner purchased her in 2023 and has made the tough decision to list her for sale due to life changes. The owners have spared no expense in the upkeep of the vessel; the exterior finish is in impeccable shape, systems have been largely upgraded to modern equipment, upgraded wiring and electrical to modern standards, and the vessel fitted with extra equipment not usually seen on a 36 Grand Banks.
